Bloomington Yoga Collective
Bloomington Yoga Collective was co-founded by two-thirds of the Goods owners, Sam and Doug Eibling, along with their friend and business partner Eryn Blair. The studio is a practice-centered space dedicated to fostering togetherness through the practices and philosophy of yoga. Locally owned and operated, our studio is one of openness, acceptance, and belonging. We are a place where people can do the work of excavating the many layers of themselves and are challenged to shed what stands in the way of them living their most exceptional life through the cultivation of attention, awareness, and understanding of how they interact with the world. Our mission is to provide inspired and potent yoga classes and programs, to develop meaningful relationships within the community, and to provide a safe and intentional space for all who walk through our doors.
Located in the Wicks Building on the North side of the square, we offer daily heated and non-heated vinyasa, slow flow, yin flow, engage + align, Kaiut, yin, and restorative classes in a calming environment. We encourage our experienced teachers to share different aspects of the practice through their own personal lens and expertise resulting in a unique experience for students.
The Collective was born out of countless conversations about yoga, love for the city of Bloomington, and the desire to create a space where the community could come to connect, practice, and fearlessly celebrate life.
Each of us has personally experienced the grounding and transformational effects our yoga practice has had on our lives. The movement, breath, and inner-work of yoga have supported us through challenging times and taught us to live from a sense of abundance and potential, rather than fear.
With full lives and careers, opening a space in which we can support and uplift others felt, well, out of reach - but as is often the case, when you wholeheartedly believe in something, opportunities arise. For more information or to sign up for a class, tap the button below.

In The Kitchen
In The Kitchen is an exciting new educational and event space that has been development by co-owner of Goods for Cooks, George Huntington and his friend and business partner in the venture, Ava Collins.
Bloomington has a wealth of food knowledge and you don’t need professional experience to see B-town adores its food-centric local businesses. Townie or visiting student, you can easily recognize the culinary knowledge and talent the Greater Bloomington area has. In the Kitchen has been designed to tap into these skills. We have great chefs, culinary instructors and home cooks who are truly talented. However, even with the extensive food culture, George and Ava felt there was a crucial missing piece— a place to share and build the community good food and wine creates. Their hope is that In the Kitchen, both a teaching kitchen and event space, will become an asset to community members looking to gain new culinary skills, meet local cooks, learn about wine, or break bread with friends old and new.
The space is located below Goods for Cooks in the old Cooking School/Monopole space. Please note: for more information about classes, please contact In The Kitchen directly via phone, email, or their website via the button below. Goods for Cooks staff are not involved in the planning and execution of events and therefore cannot answer inquiries.
Let the food adventure begin!
